In order to receive credentials, make sure that you have confirmed your email address within the first registration email.
Receiving the credentials may take some time. Especially in times of high demand, your personalized deployment may take up to a few hours. In such cases, please bear with us! It’ll be worth the wait.

What are the differences between ADONIS:Community Edition and full, professional editions of ADONIS?
The ADONIS:Community Edition is designed to cater for all fundamental requirements in a typical BPM initiative. However, the more your initiative matures and grows, the more sophisticated scenarios you are likely to enter.

The ADONIS:Community is available to anyone looking for a free BPM tool or seeking exchange of knowledge with other BPM experts.
Similar to the BOC Academy Programme, the ADONIS and ADOIT communities are available worldwide.
Becoming a member of the ADONIS:Community is quick and easy. All you need to do is hit the get started button in the top right corner, fill out your details and you are good to go.
Please note: By registering for the ADONIS:Community you are also granted a personal account with unlimited access to our free, cloud, BPM tool – ADONIS:Community Edition.

Your data is in good hands. BOC Group has daily and weekly data backups in place. These backups are stored in our fallback data centre (recovery point objective: 1 day). We keep all backups for 14 days (retention period).

ADONIS is 100% web-based and requires only a web-browser supporting HTML5 and internet access. Your web browser offers login options with a screen resolution / window width wider than 1100 pixels.
All data about your membership, your ADONIS:CE account and your repository content, remains with and under full control of BOC Group.
If you opt in to receiving the BOC Group newsletter, only your registration data and the status of your ADONIS:CE account is passed to a service partner for handling email campaigns. This data will only be used to send you the BOC Newsletter, nothing else.

Your online account for the free ADONIS:Community Edition is active for a 60-day period which automatically and continuously extends for another 60 days again and again, as long as you keep using the tool regularly. This way, members of the community can use the free tool for an indefinite time period.
To ensure continuous usage, you will receive an email reminding you to log in to ADONIS:CE again, 40 days after your last login and therefore 20 days before your account is deactivated. This way, you do not miss out on the free BPM tool offering, even when you are busy with other topics and do not continuously work on your BPM projects in ADONIS:CE.
Absolutely not! Keeping your work protected and safe is one of our top priorities. Therefore, it will always remain 100% yours and untouched from our side.
BOC Group only collects statistical information on usage of the ADONIS:CE service with the intention to uphold and improve service quality. For details on data privacy, please see our privacy policy.
You can cancel your membership of the ADONIS:Community and hence delete your ADONIS:CE account here.
You will receive an email to confirm deletion of your account. After successful confirmation, the deletion of your account will be processed immediately.
If you just do not want to use your ADONIS:CE software account any longer, but would still like to stay a member of the ADONIS:Community, just let time work for you. Your ADONIS:CE account will expire automatically after 60 days of inactivity.
All your work results belong to you, no matter what! Upon expiration or deletion of your ADONIS:Community Edition account, all your models will be provided to you via a download link. You can access this download link for 365 days, before it gets deleted automatically.

In case your account has expired or has been deleted, you can register for a new one on the ADONIS:Community website. This new account will contain the standard sample content.

The ADONIS:Community Edition is based on the latest major product version of ADONIS and is upgraded soon after a new major release is publicly announced. Such an upgrade requires a short downtime. All the new features and capabilities coming with the latest major release of the full, professional editions of ADONIS are described in the “What’s new” section of the ADONIS:CE Knowledge Centre.
There are a few possibilities behind why you cannot log in to your ADONIS:Community Edition account:
- In case you simply forgot your login details, click here to request new ones.
- If you haven’t accessed your ADONIS:Community Edition account for more than 60 days, it has expired. Check your inbox for our expiration email, to see if that is the case.
You can request a new password here.
You will receive an email to confirm your password request. After successful confirmation, your new password will be sent to you via email.
No, unfortunately this is not possible at the time being. But we will let you know as soon as this option gets available.
Yes, your content from ADONIS Starter and/or Enterprise Edition can be migrated to ADONIS:Community Edition through our support staff.
However, such migration would be subject to an offer.

No, currently, models you have created in ADONIS:CE classic (that is the rich client predecessor of the web-based ADONIS:Community Edition), cannot be imported or migrated to your new ADONIS:Community Edition account.
We no longer provide installation files for ADONIS:CE classic. Instead, we encourage you to try our new cloud-based BPM tool: ADONIS:Community Edition Registration. Please note, ADONIS:CE classic is no longer maintained, so its compatibility with newer operating systems or database management systems cannot be ensured.
